Terms of Use

This page sets out what can honestly be said about using www.htsa-online.co.uk. It covers what the site is, what happens when a link on it is followed, and what it cannot promise. The current version of this text was issued 2026-08-23, the modification date carried in the page's structured data and matched by the sitemap.

What This Site Is: fixed publication

www.htsa-online.co.uk is a static publication. Every page is a file built in advance and served from a content delivery network. There is no server-side application behind it, no user account system, and no form, input field or upload control anywhere on the site. Nothing a reader does here can create, submit, change or delete anything, because there is no mechanism to do so. The site's published inventory is fixed at build time: the sitemap lists one address, and a request for any address that does not exist returns a noindex, nofollow page that forwards the visitor straight back to the home page, so no mistyped or expired link can turn into content of its own. Everything a page needs to display — styles, scripts, fonts and images — is served from this same domain; no other server is contacted while a page loads.

What Happens: following a link

This site runs no gambling service itself. Where a link points toward an operator, it never opens that operator directly. It is an address on this domain that answers with a 302 redirect and hands the visitor to the operator's own tracking address, which lies outside this domain. Ten such redirect rules exist in the build, every one marked as a sponsored link and set to open in a separate tab. Once that redirect happens, the reader is on the operator's own site, dealing directly with the operator. The relationship with any operator, and anything promised or agreed there, begins entirely on that separate site — not here.

What Cannot Be Promised: no counterparty

The build carries no e-mail address, telephone number, postal address or contact form. That absence means these terms cannot offer a complaints channel, a response time or a named counterparty to write to. There is also no registration, no account and no way to submit anything on this site, so nothing here can be created, suspended, terminated or transferred, and no visitor-generated content exists to govern. For the same reason, this page names no company, no jurisdiction, no age threshold and no dispute procedure — none of that has been verified, and inventing it would be more misleading than leaving it out. Whatever terms bind a reader once they reach an operator's site are that operator's own terms, published there.
